I launched my lead generation agency in February 2023 and within just 7 months, I hit my first 6-figure month in August 2023. On paper, that sounds like a dream. In reality, it was a nightmare disguised as success. The month after hitting my record month, revenue dropped by 30%, and for the first time, I felt like I wasn’t in control of my own business. The harder I worked, the more fragile everything felt — and I couldn’t figure out why. I was running the wrong model, an old-traditional Agency isn’t going to work the way we think it will. 80-hour weeks were normal.

Middle

Clients had high expectations, giving me massive responsibility.
And my profit margins were under 50%, having no capital to afford scale.
I was stuck in this cycle for 4 months when I decided to make a pivot.
I built Grow Acquisition not just as a business, but as an infrastructure we can replicate in other companies for consistency and predictability — one that doesn’t trap you inside your own company.

Finally

In January 2025, we hit $151,000 cash collected — but that’s not even the most impressive part. My profit margins are above 85%. I work with world-class clients getting extraordinary results. And I built a team of A-Players with experts running each department with precision. I didn’t just build a business.
